Mission
Jesus gave his followers a clear action plan and mission, and we're committed to keeping ourselves focused on it. Our Mission Statement draws from the simple, core directions of Jesus to his church:
The Way Church exists to create committed followers of Jesus, to exhibit the power of God’s love to our community, to be a catalyst for spiritual transformation, and to be a center of passionate worship of the one true God.

Values
We are on a mission from God.
God has called His people to be a witness of His love and truth to a world that desperately needs to experience both. We are committed to introducing people to the good news of Jesus, equipping them to become His authentic followers, and doing all we can to radiate His love and truth into our community.
We are spiritually dynamic.
We glorify God in all we do, trusting in the power of His Word and in the empowerment of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Walking in relationship with Almighty God means living a life of dynamic spiritual growth, becoming more and more like Jesus each day.
We are relationally driven.
We know that the most powerful expression of the Christian faith is the one modeled by Jesus – relationships based on the love of God. Programs and entertainment in church can’t lead us to the real thing; walking through life together in the way, the truth, and the life of God can.
We are committed to ethnic and cultural diversity.
We know that God’s Kingdom includes people from every race and ethnicity in the world, and so we intentionally seek to reflect that diversity in our faith community. All are equal and loved at the foot of the cross!

The Way Church is a proud member of the Converge Worldwide network of churches. In particular, we are part of the Rocky Mountain network, which seeks to transform lives and communities in the West.
